What kind of issue are you experiencing?
In order to connect to the Wii Shop Channel, you must have broadband internet access and have connected your Wii console online.

For tax purposes, the Wii Shop service has certain requirements for the spelling of city, state abbreviation, and county names, as well as zip code confirmation.
To ensure you are entering the information in a way that is accepted by the Wii Shop service, you can click here to determine exactly how your city, state, zip, and county information must be entered based on the state's tax requirement.
Missing previously-downloaded games
If you have downloaded a game or item to your Wii console, but have since deleted it or otherwise lost it, you can redownload it:
As long as you are using the same Wii console you used to originally download the game, you will be able to re-download it should the game be lost or deleted.

If you are experiencing long download times, we have found that changing the channel setting of your wireless router can help. We recommend setting your wireless router to either channel 1 or 11.

If your system is displaying error codes:

Virtual Console games do not display properly, or do not display at all
Some newer-model televisions may have difficulty properly displaying some Virtual Console games downloaded from the Wii Shop Channel. If you are experiencing problems (such as a blank screen but you can hear the game's audio), please try the following:
